36x36 inch oil on canvas, presented in a warm silver floater frame 2 inches deep. This piece is an effort to capture early summer light as clouds scud across the sky, sending their shadows over the expanse of marsh and water. My goal is serenity, softness and a nod to the last remnant of the menhaden business in the area- an old chimney that sits on an island, part of a processing facility in decades past. Like the skies and waters, ‘times they are a changin’ ! This piece is large enough to hold any wall, and impressionistic color dances over the surface.

I can ship, but would definitely want anyone interested to see it in person and we will discuss shipping costs, etc.
