As a nice subject change, I’ve started a large piece based on our family walks through the nature trail around Fort Macon, on Atlantic Beach. We so enjoy our time on the trail with the kids, or without. We are there at least 2-3 times a week. It’s such a great resource for the community and all who come to visit the Civil War era fort and it’s surrounding dune and sound views. Plus, it’s some of the only hills you’ll find in Carteret County! Here’s the 36x48” work in progress...
